When you transact on Cbdleaves.gr, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you do not meet these conditions, you cannot make purchases in our online store and Cbdleaves.gr can never be held responsible for any damages resulting from illegal or incorrect use of our products. All products on www.cbdleaves.gr must not be accessible to people under 18 years of age.

Product names are fictitious and used for marketing purposes only. Our products represent different phenotypes of EU-approved cannabis strains, which cannot or should not be equated with illegal cannabis.

CBD Leaves does not market CBD products as medicine, but as cosmetics, gifts and souvenirs containing less than 0.2% THC as permitted by law. There is no evidence that our products can be used as a treatment. We emphasize that CBD products are not medicines and therefore cannot diagnose or treat diseases.

PAYMENT

The CBD Leaves team accepts payments online by: Paypal.

Payment will not be taken from your account until the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created.

When you pay with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be held on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or decline the payment.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

DISTRIBUTION

The delivery time of your order is 1 – 3 working days.
If you order before 14:00, the parcel will probably be sent the same day
Delivery area: We deliver everywhere in Greece

Shipping rates:

You will always receive a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way from our warehouse to your home.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS

In case of complaint, contact us via e-mail at Info@cbdleaves.gr. Remember to mention the product and the website where you purchased the product.

For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission’s online complaints platform.
