Right of withdrawal

There is a full 14-day right of withdrawal for products purchased from the online store, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts from the day the order is delivered to the recipient.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Cancellation requests must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and returned no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your wish to exercise the right of cancellation.

Condition of goods when returned

You are responsible for the deterioration of the value and quality of the product due to handling other than that considered necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the product. This means that you should try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested other than as described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get back a smaller part or none of the purchase amount. It is up to Cbdleaves.gr to assess the condition of the item.

Products are sent back at the customer’s risk and the customer is responsible for being aware of the hemp product laws in their country.

Right to Complain

Complaints about errors and defects must be notified to CBD Leaves within a reasonable time of receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable period, unless otherwise agreed in advance. In this context, we refund the shipping costs.
